Identity management is an enterprise-wide priority, but what happens if there is a disconnect across the organization?
In a study on identity resolution from Forrester Consulting commissioned by Epsilon-Conversant, Forrester found that C-suite executives were 25 percentage points more likely to be “very confident” in the completeness and accuracy of their identify programs over their director-level counterparts. This shows a lack of organizational alignment on identity resolution and an overall disconnect between organization leaders and their teams actually doing the work.
