From cluttered to cohesive

One of the world’s largest banks had multiple email templates for its loyalty program that were inefficient to maintain and costly to modify. We created a single responsive template with flexible modules and a cohesive look and feel, increasing the bank’s speed to market and customer engagement.

Redesigning loyalty rewards emails

Responsive templates

We proposed a redesign of the bank’s loyalty rewards marketing emails within Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging to create a responsive, modular and expandable wireframe for all future emails.

Getting creative

First, we audited the bank’s existing email communications to understand their program and identify commonly used elements. Then our creative team built the responsive wireframe and email architecture. Once approved, our creative team built the PSD files and an email style guide, and the coding team created the HTML files that were built into the Messaging platform. We also implemented UTM tagging, which tracks where website traffic comes from, to help the bank understand their customers' experience.

“Epsilon brought this concept to us. They think about the marketing possibilities we haven’t thought of. They’re not just a partner, but a strategic partner.”
